I Have some issue, new version (R7212 ~R7248) ver 32bit Dolphine, can't run under Windows'XP and have run error message:

You already posted a thread about this, there is a problem with mamario's builds on the main site. Just download a build from another member until this issue is resolved as instructed here:

Also it wouldn't hurt to post your system specifications in case it turns out to be something else causing your problem.
