i always got this error
"cant create opengl renderer, you migth be missing some required opengl extensions, check log for more information"
and the log says this:

i have already intalled opengl files and etc... but still doesnt work...

Posting your system specifications would be of great help to us, so we can better understand what your problem may be..

Reinatall your graphics card drivers, make sure you use the latest version. Otherwise, it's a possibility (especially with say a lower end laptop) that your video card doesn't support OpenGL well enough for Dolphin to use it. Post your card/PC specs so we can check.
