METROID 3 Nunchuck problem in Dolphin r7109 for MACOSX - dolphinnewbie - 02-11-2011

Hi there,

I just got Dolphin r7109 for MAC OSX up and running a few days back, so Im very new. I got Metroid 3 to load, and I get past the title screen by pressing A. I have a Wiimote and Nunchuck connected, but I CANNOT get past the game select screen. There is NO pointer at all, I suspect this is the Nunchuck problem. My Nunchuck is brand new, and it was working fine with Mario Galaxy.

PLEASE HELP! I REALLY WANT TO PLAY METROID 3!!! Sad

Thanks

You probably need a sensor bar.

Ok, but I understand that is supposed to plugin to the Wii. Is there a version that plugs into a Mac? And why would the nunchuck work with Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Wii still? Your help is much appreciated!

Search google image for "wii nunchuk". I think you don't know which is the wiimote and which is the nunchuk.

A sensor bar only needs power, there are battery and usb powered versions available.
You can also make a sensor bar(google it) or use 2 candles.

No, I know what a nunchuck is, I have one connected. Thanks, I picked up a wireless sensor today, that was the problem! Im pretty new to the whole Wii thing, forgive me.

I cant get Deca Sports 3 to stop crashing though. Bummer.
