sonic heroes graphic problem - Bogus2 - 02-06-2011

hello all i am new here know that this topic already was but not found solution
how to make to graphics looks good?
because I have something black on the bottom
screen:

specs:

pc
cpu: intel pentium 4 3.0 GHz
ram: 1.00 GB ddr
graphic card nvidia 6800 xt I do not know why it shows 128mb

Don't even bother try to play another game on this PC or it will explode. (IT'S OLDER THAN JESUS)

Also use EFB Scale > Integral and turn off DList Caching

now is yet worse now something themselves yet appeared

yes, opengl or dx11, set the EFB scale to 0.75

where it is efb scale? because unless there is no in this version
in directx 9 can not be?
