Good CPU for Dolphin. Should run most games in full speed.

I would grade it OK for dolphin. Phenom II X2/core 2 duo seem to significantly/moderately outperform them clock for clock based on user feedback. And a phenom II X4/core 2 quad will achieve even better performance per clock than that now that dolphin seems to be efficiently using 3 threads for some reason. And then those pale in comparison to an i3/i5/i7/sandy bridge. But it's still miles better than an athlon X2 or pentium D.
