[Linux] Dolphin crashes when running games (X Error) - stoppete - 01-31-2011 Hi everybody! I'm new here, and I'm trying to set up dolphin-emu (r6993) on my Linux HTPC running XBMC. My configuration: Archlinux x86_64 (kernel 2.6.36) AMD Sempron 140 nVidia GeForce 8200 2GB RAM I know it might run a little slow on that machine, but for now it doesn't work at all, so even having it running slowly would be great. So, here's the problem: when I start a game (I have GC games only), dolphin crashes immidiately, with the following output on the command line: Code: 34:08:802 /home/xbmc/pkg/dolphin-emu-svn/src/dolphin-emu-svn-build/Source/Core/Common/Src/FileUtil.cpp:98 W[COMMON]: IsDirectory: stat failed on /home/xbmc/.dolphin-emu/Wii/title/00000001/00000002/content: I've looked up that "Fatal IO error 11" error, and found out that it might be connected to the multi-core option. So I disabled it (my processor is single core anyway), but still no luck. I've also read that I could try changing the audio output, but apparently I can't do that: if I select No Audio, save and open dolphin again, it's back to ALSA. Any idea? Thanks so much for your help! |
