i can't pass over the zelos mansion error
he tells about go to his mansion and then a error appear
i can't fix it

Try older svn (up from r2400), change some options in Opengl (safe texture cache, projection hack, ect)

Deactivating safe texture cache is enough to pass that error in the newest versions.
