I'm completely new and noob when it comes to emulators, so forgive me for asking stupid questions.
What are some good games that I could run on:
windows 7 64 bit
intel core i5-460m @2.5 up to 2.8
4GB memory
standard intel HD graphics
My current computer sucks too much to run anything and I'm about to get a new one (with specs above) and wanted to know if it'll play anything.
I wanted what good games I could play if any, I was hoping I could play some GameCube games since most of mine are lost or broken.

Your CPU is good for most wii/GC game but Intel HD is really really bad since it's onboard video card ,better buy a another laptop with a real video card (Ati 5470 ,5650....Nvidia 320m,330m...)

True, integrated graphics = bad for games.
It doesn't matter if it's Dolphin or any other game.
By the way, you might want to get a pc with the new Sandy Bridge architecture.
Don't worry if you don't know what Sandy Bridge is, you could still play Dolphin without Sandy.
