Metroid Other M - Audio sync off - wetjet - 01-26-2011

I'm getting some massive audio sync problems in Metroid other M during the cut scenes. The audio is playing perfect, but my frame rates drop to 20, so naturally the video gets out of sync with the audio. Is there any special setting that will prevent this?

General: Enable dual core, enable idle skipping, frame limit 60
Advanced: skip gc bios, JIT

Plugins: DX9 graphics plugin with anisotropic filtering at 1, and anti aliasing set to none. No boxes checked in enhancements, Scale: Integral, Copy enabled w/ texture.

Advanced: rendering - Disable Dest. Alpha pass.

DSP, unchecked Enable audio throttle. 32000 hz sample rate, DSound.

or try OpenGL plugin (which is faster than DX9 in this game) and disable distance alpha pass in game properties.
