Brawl Runs at Low FPS - idkmybffjill - 05-22-2009
Brawl is not running at a playable speed. I do not think its my computer because i can emulate a lot of games. I think its the build, which build is best for brawl?

Yeah i thought so, but on the bright side the fps increase over time from 3089 to 52XX was around 7fps for me. Thats better but not enough.
