where is wii memory card directory - shoober420 - 01-23-2011
Hey i have been trying to find where the wii memory card directory is. Ive googled it and only get results for save game converters and wat not. i think the gamecube mem card directory is User/GC but where is the wii? I have recently beat new super mario and want to keep my save game and move it to the recent build so i dont loose my progress. I no this is prob a noob question but can someone help meh?

"User/Wii" contains the wii's filesystem which includes the game saves.

ok i see a bunch of folders (meta, shared, sys). can you be more specific to which one i should copy over? or do i have to include all of them?

In Dolphin, right click a game and choose "Open Wii save folder" to find the directory for a specific game.
I'd just copy the entire "User" directory though.
