Well In 3 days i will receive my new pc but because i didn't have much money i skipped the graphic card and planned to buy one at 1 month or 2
So here my specs
CPU:Intel Core I5 2500 3.30 ghz 4 cores
GPU:Intergrated intel hd graphics 2000 (850-1100 mhz I think)
Ram:Corsair 4GB 1600 Mhz
Can i Play Smoothly?

Buy a video card and then you'll be fine.

Yeah, buy an NVIDIA or AMD GPU, anything else will suck like hell on Dolphin.
