RE: so\slow ?! - Frederik - 01-20-2011 Well, this is my spec: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T BE (six cores @ 3,2GHz) Corsair XMS3 8GB Kit Sapphire Radeon HD6950 Windows 7 64bit Dolphin r6850 RE Zero slows down to FPS:20 | VPS:40 So, its not a matter of your system, more the compatibility of dolphin itselve. RE: so\slow ?! - dannzen - 01-20-2011 try 6505... its 10-30% faster then the newest revisions RE: so\slow ?! - ha5an - 01-21-2011 its the same still Slow
RE: so\slow ?! - dannzen - 01-21-2011 use directx9 plugin? and look after the game threads with optimal config settings... if its still not at 100% your rig(computer setup) is to slow RE: so\slow ?! - Frederik - 01-21-2011 Am I able to use a directx9 plugin while running on a Ubuntu box? Or am I forced to use openGL? o-|=> RE: so\slow ?! - neobrain - 01-21-2011 Just install a Microsoft Direct3D 9 driver for Ubuntu Linux and you'll be able to use the DX9 plugin. Btw: Don't assume everyone knows that you're running Linux, that kind of stuff should be mentioned in the first thread post. RE: so\slow ?! - dannzen - 01-21-2011 in words... with directx i got approximatly in mh3 55-60fps with opengl drops to 40fps... go 4 windows if you want to play on your rig... RE: so\slow ?! - Frederik - 01-21-2011 Sorry, I am using Windows, as mentioned in my first post on this thread. The question about the Ubuntu DirectX thing was just a sidekick. o-|=> |
