Can some one give me step by step instructions on how to make it work like a wii-mote and nunchuck?

First, download a recent revision from: http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html
Click the big "Wiimote" button on the toolbar.
Choose "Emulated Wiimote" for "Input Source".
Under Emulated Wiimote, click "Configure".
Choose your gamepad under "Device". (should be "XInput/0/Gamepad")
Under "Extension", choose "Nunchuk".
Click on each of the input buttons you want mapped to your gamepad, immediately afterward, physically press, on your 360 controller, the button/action you want mapped.
Do the same for the Nunchuk. (click "Configure" under "Extension")
