Game Files? - SmashBoards - 03-27-2009
Um...im new, or if you need, you can call me a noob.
Do we download game files and play on dolphin emulator or do we buy the actual disc and put it in the computer?
if we download, can you send me a link to SSBB? otherwise i got a disc of it so yea..

If you have a PAL copy of SSBB, make an ISO of it, or you can just boot it from your dvd drive.

Note: only backup dvds will run from your dvd drive...original games will not work, unfortunately. You'll need to rip the game with your gc/wii (unless you are lucky enough to have a drive which can rip games in your PC - although these are limited to only one or two models by LG).

Downloading them is illegal... just FYI. Plus you will get banned from the forums for this.

SmashBoards? You're not officially related to the site, are you? You seem kinda noob, sorry. Anyway the way to make games in Dolphin is by hacking your wii (Google: Twilight hack, homebrew channel, wiihttpd/DVD dumper) and dump the games to your PC from wii. Can't use this hack with menu 4.0 though.

Which LG drives, exactly? And, will original games ever be supported?
