Wii emulated on Laptop or Wii on Lapop screen - Synonim - 01-15-2011 Hello guys, my laptop is MSI GX740 With Intel Core i5-430M VGA ATI Radeon HD5870 1GB DDR5 4GB Ram 17" Screen And i am wondering if games emulated will be with nice speed, since i only have the laptop 17" in my flat i currently have two options : -Buy Wii and play on Laptop screen via USB Tv Tuner Video In -Play Games on Emulator So guys what do you think would be better solution to do? Pros and Cons Please. And second question, if 2 Wii motes are hooked up via Bluetooth is there no Delay in movment for example Wii Sports Tenis will be fast responding to moves or i will suffer movement lags? Thanks for answers. RE: Wii emulated on Laptop or Wii on Lapop screen - NaturalViolence - 01-15-2011 Some games will run fine, other heavier games will not. Dolphin: Pros: -Higher image quality (AA, high resolutions etc.) -Can use any controller you want -Probably more that I can't think of Cons: -It's a WIP and you can expect most games to have major or minor bugs -Lower performance than native hardware unless you are running a light game on extremely high end hardware So overall wii > dolphin Quote:And second question, if 2 Wii motes are hooked up via Bluetooth is there no Delay in movment for example Wii Sports Tenis will be fast responding to moves or i will suffer movement lags? No input lag from the input, however emulation may add some input lag. |
