Personally, I don't see why discussing hardware or technology that makes dolphin run faster is considered 'off-topic'. Which i why i don't bother going into the off-topic section of this forum. The same goes for 2 and 3...
If you ever gone to a 'real' forums you will see many different sub forums. Overclock.net is a good example.

It's a forum for Dolphin, why the hell would we need those? Everything but Dolphin is Off-Topic, and the Plaza is plenty enough for that. Aside from the fact people still fail to choose the correct subforum, even with as few as we have now. I'd even go and lower the amount by combining a few.
