Rumble vibrate is too weak/low - tuanming - 01-11-2011
This other program that sync my bluetooth to pc have option where it can test all the functional of the PS3 Controller and the rumble vibration is much stronger than what dolphin produce. Changing the output range to max didn't increase it either.
