Ive searched hours and hours on sites and in dolphin to get paper mario the thousand year door rom.
Got no results only spam and such
Who does have the rom please link?

Dump it yourself, from a game that you actually own...
Emulators are not meant for piracy, or as an easy way to get out of buying the actual system and games. These forums do not support piracy in any way, only legal methods are supported. If you want to know how to dump games from original discs, someone can probably help you with that. Yes, downloading games even if you own them is illegal by definition regardless of any moral perceptions on the matter.
