Any difference when using ipl? - Legend80 - 01-05-2011
I haven't seen much about this nor do I understand it fully. Should I be using my ipl? I assume there's steps somewhere that show me how to get it? Does it affect audio? Gfx, etc??
Basically, recommended or not? Which process would be more buggy? Sorry for all the questions! You don't have to answer all of them.

If you don't have the files dumped it won't matter. If you do have the files dumped then it still doesn't matter.

Good to know. Thanks for the reply! I tried finding a difference myself and couldn't. Didn't know if affected compatability or anything else. Guess not. Always looking for a way to improve the dolphin experience!!

All it does is emulate the GC bios if you have it so you get the purple cube startup screen just like you do on a real GC. But if you don't have the files dumped it won't work.
