Probably because it failed to build in 32bit. Wait for a newer revision, use an old one or get 64bit OS
Can't imagine why someone would want to have less than 4gb ram now that it is so cheap :-)

Glad to be able to bring more lol to the world Imo it was a pretty silly question as the "build failed" really did answer most of the questions, you can see that the 32 bit versions are available now though
