In Story mode the first cutscene repeats itself and takes place of every cutscene.I can play the levels properly but only one cutscene repeats itself.
I tried many revisions but same result.

GPU ATI Radeon HD 4350
RAM 2GB

Your iso size is 4.something Gb right? When you rip the game disc, the file should be around 8 Gb.

Make a backup copy of your game disc. There are some illegal dvd5 copies of the game floating around the internet. Some reported the problem you described which made it clear they had done something which is prohibited to talk about here.
But I'm sure you just had a mistake when ripping your own, legally owned game disc.

It's pretty hard to accidentally rip your own game and patch it to be functional as a single layer disc ;|
You obviously downloaded a modified version of Brawl.
