Smash Bros Brawl... - MasterKillua - 05-18-2009 Hi... After Fight with Big Diddy Kong in Adventure Mode, the game is crashed, I tried all, but the games is crashed!(I know that in other thread is that, but doesnt have the answer, and have a savegame after that, but the game is 100% completed) Somebody know how doesnt have that crash? Please, tell me. RE: Smash Bros Brawl... - LuisR14 - 05-18-2009 there's no fix for it (except running in interpreter mode, but then it'll crash later on)
RE: Smash Bros Brawl... - chane2k1 - 05-20-2009 Here is how to get the game to run. you'll be able to play all the way through but emu will crash if you try to go back to main menu, so just keep playing. first you need to enable dolphins debug mode by making a shortcut and adding "-d" after the location of the emu in the target box. mine looks like this ""C:\Users\Michael\Desktop\Dolphin r3246x64\Dolphin.exe" -d" without the external quotes. start dolphin from this shortcut and the debugger will start along with dolphin. In Dolphin's debugger go to the "CPU Mode" drop down menu and CHECK "Unlimited JIT Cache" and UNCHECK "boot to pause". You will have to CHECK "Unlimited Jit Cache" every time you start Dolphin since it doesn't save this setting for some reason. Now head over to the Dolphin main window and setup your properties as follows. GENERAL -Basic Settings ---Dual Core / Enabled / If Applicable ---Idle Skipping / Disabled ---Cheats / Disabled -Advanced Settings ---HLE Bios all the time / Enabled ---Enable the JIT dynarec / Enabled ---Lock threads to cores / Enabled ---Optimize Quanitizers / Disabled ---LLE DSP on thread / Enabled -Interface Options ---Confirm on stop / Disabled ---Use panic handlers / Disabled / Unless you want useless nagging WII -IPL Settings ---Enable Screen Saver / Disabled ---Enable Progressive Scan / Disabled / Do NOT enable this, it WILL cause the game to crash ---Use EuRGB60 Mode / Enabled / Game seems to keep a steady play speed with this on Graphics settings i just leave at default except for resolution, set that to whatever you like as long as your video card can handle it. I suggest NOT enabling AA because it causes some games to crash, Smash Brothers Melee comes to mind. After everything is configured start the game from Dolphin and play away. I haven't had any problems getting through the single player campaign with this setup but like i said if you try to exit from the character select menu to go to the main menu Dolphin WILL crash. So play through and it will auto save. Restart the emu if you want to play versus. RE: Smash Bros Brawl... - LavaWave - 05-20-2009 Yes, I imagine he did that but his crash is in the swamp stage where the crash is yet inevitible (Technically you can get trough it by downloading a save file, That's what I actually did myself) RE: Smash Bros Brawl... - LucarioMaster_Lapy - 05-31-2009 Try disabling unlimited JIT cache( if you are playing with it). When I did it, it worked. RE: Smash Bros Brawl... - nosound97 - 05-31-2009 It won't help too much, the game crashes always at this place |
