hi there people im kinda confused can you tell me which is the latest DOLPHIN Version is it
Unofficial SVN build 3089
or
SVN 3217
SOME QUESTIONS:
1: IS There No Official Release For Dolphin?
2: When You go this page "http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/wiki/WindowsBuild"
People Are building Dolphin what does tht mean? what does SVN Mean?
3: Why is version 3089 on the front page when there is a 3217 version?
4: By Unofficial Does it mean its a BETA Version?
5: Does Dolphin Support Core 2 Quad And i7?
6: Does Dolphin Support 2 to 3 way SLI or Crossfire?

Waaah, crazy question flood!
The higher the number, the newer. Each number means one small change in the code, possibly better but sometimes a step back with something. Many are unnoticable to the user because they are work in progress.
1.There HASN'T BEEN an official release of Dolphin YET because it's still in development.
2. To build Dolphin means to take the code for the program, which is just text, and compile into an .exe file so it can be run. SVN = subversion
3. The version on the front page usually get updated to the latest revision every second monday, but not if the noticable changes aren't big from last time.
4.Yes
5.Only 2 cores will be used. (No)
6.IDK, but you don't need a very good graphic card for Dolphin anyway, since most of the work is done by the CPU (Mine does all the settings on highest with no FPS loss)

2: just to add to this it compiles it into a .exe (which is a binary file, that only a pc can understand

1: If there is a version 3225 then why is the version 3089 just released?
2: and instead of releasing a 3089 now why didnt they release a 3226 or 7?

The latest one is 3217, although now it's 3225.
1. Can't answer this one. X
2. SVN stands for subversion (I think), it's been revised again and again
until Dolphin's performance is good and they will released Dolphin newest
version.
3. As it was wrote, it is Bi-weekly build (or until there was quite a progress
from the revision, because it is already more than two weeks now), so it
will be built every two weeks, while SVN was updated almost daily.
4. every SVNs are beta version, unofficial means it isn't built by official
members of Dolphin.
5. It should be, since it support Dual Core.
