i have an acer laptop travelmate C300 but the graphic card is too old for Dolphin. I need help finding one for my laptop please tell me where i should buy also.

Most of laptop graphic cards are onboard on a laptop, its almost impossible to change to another video card, and if it is possible it will cost a lot of money lol

As far as I can tell, the only way to upgrade the video card on a laptop (especially on an Acer, yuck) is to buy a new laptop. This is why I tend to use my desktop for gaming, as I can replace individual parts and not the whole thing. A laptop is basically a closed system in terms of system components, they're much harder to upgrade.
