i ask me which op^tion i should set to get the best fps in my nvidia control panel or i should let the application choose sorry bad englsih

Let the application choose. Overall the default options are fine and the best to use. The only thing you want to make sure of is that Multi Display/Mixed-GPU Accleration is set to single display performance mode if you're using multiple monitors.
