go to the downloads page of this site, or go into the Dolphin SVN section and grab one of the svn versions

It's not easy to figure out for newbie. Newbies usually go easier way, they're downloading not working Express edition, while they need Standard or Professional.

(i'm using the Express Edition and i can compile the sources perfectly (all of them))
