I'll try and take some screen shots. EDIT: also it's NTSC U don't know about PAL some one with PAL version could try it? screen shots wii come later in the day my internet connection is being crappy and won't let me upload them. RE: Metal Gear Solid seems to be working. - PlayerX - 03-26-2009 Crash! Crash! Crash! This game does not work for me.... ![]() I am using rev 2740. RE: Metal Gear Solid seems to be working. - The Undertaker - 03-26-2009 I own the Pal version and i confirm is playable, unchecking the panic alerts to get less errors warnings. I don't yet know if is fully playable (I played it completely on Gamecube in 2004 so... i prefere to use Dolphin with other games) but it should work fine until reaching Shadow Moses. It's a great game, you'll be able to see an original snakes jumping on missiles, avoiding bullets and doing things like Dante from Devil May Cry. As always i suggest to buy the original game. But this time since i noticed torrents are broken, mading impossible to finish the game. Mmmm... i'll check out if there's an existing thread in Gamecube Games Discussion. If not, i'll release a guide to play it on Dolphin. Good emulation. The Undertaker RE: Metal Gear Solid seems to be working. - Wesker - 03-26-2009 I have the PAL version and it does seem to go ingame with 2745. Snake still walks crazy though and Dolphin crashes when you select the mission breifing. RE: Metal Gear Solid seems to be working. - PlayerX - 03-26-2009 It works for me now. Thnx for the tip on "Panic Alerts". But the game still crashes(not so often as it used too), and the speed is Hmmmm...Slow (10 - 20Fps Ingame). Metal Gear goes ingame, but is not playable yet. Still using Rev 2740. RE: Metal Gear Solid seems to be working. - PlayerX - 03-27-2009 WOW Guys listen up. With JITIL + "panic alerts" Off + "TLB hack" On = Ingame and speed 50Fps ( 25Fps in cutscenes). My comp. Specs: Gfx: 2x geforce 280GTX. Cpu: Intel Quad Q9650 at 3.20ghz. Ram: 4 gig 1066mhz.
