I have problem with Naruto Shippuuden Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX3
In game i have too big peoples and game process is too slow!
Please help me config my Dolphin
P.S My comp is
Geforce 9500Gt 1000
Ram 4gb
Dual core 2.5

You seem to run IL version of Dolphin, run usual version.

Try to check/uncheck Optimize Quantiziers and/or Progressive Scan

Well you can try turning off the sound : just click on the button that says DSP and uncheck everything and select the " nuLLSound " option in the falling menu
this should speed up the game a little
