The describes my issue as well...I figured it was related to my BT dongle but I guess it may not be after all.....
i finally figured that I push alt F5 enough it will work eventually, sometimes for 5 seconds, sometimes for 5 min. i have to continually press alt F5 sometimes.

Does the nunchuck work fine? What BT device do you use?

Yes, nunchuk is functional, Asus Bt211
Edit: I'd like to note that it is functional, but games are not playable due to the random disconnects.
Same here. What's going on??? This was working fine a few weeks ago but now after pairing, nothing in game. I did uninstall/reinstall the bluetooth driver last week so I think that reset something and now it doesn't play nicely with Dolphin.

Same problem here. I've tried 4 official wii remotes, the windows, toshiba and bluesolei stacks, as well as multiple revisions of dolphin v3 and one old copy of v2. What's going on?

Well, it works with bluesoleil now, unfortunately it's a shit program
