It's kind of annoying to select "attack" like 2-3 times, then the character actually attacks. I know there is an "automatic" setting, but I mean a way to just select attack once, and then go?
Hi, press "C" to select the tactics, you can edit those right during the battle or in the menu. Just select the one you want. But be aware thou. The AI might do some stupid things some times.
Edit: I found a NPC with a wrong name xD Shes called "Friendly Old Man" but its a woman =)
Hi.
Just wondering if it's possible to play with a classic controller in Arc Rise Fantasia.
I don't like to use the real wiimote with RPG games and when i'm selecting the "emulated wiimote" option, i have no response at all when pressing buttons.
I use a PS2 pad via usb and never got similar problem.
Thanks.
Yes, it is possible to use your PS2 gamepad. Have you mapped the buttons to the Wiimote/nunchuck buttons?
Nope, sorry my question was not clear, i was wondering if the game supports natively the wii classic controller, like Xenoblade.
Edit - Now it's really weird, i don't have any response from the emulator with the "emulated wiimote", and it happens only with Arc Rise....
What's the best Dolphin version for this exactly?
I used the latest one from emucr and it was kind of stuttery for area/combat loading and magic, so I downgraded to 3.0 191 and it works pretty much perfectly. But is there a better choice than that?
Try the official Dolphin 3.0 release - It's a good version, perfectly balanced between speed and stability.

if it work perfectly why do you need "better"?

Any improvement in performance is appreciated. And it's not perfectly perfect, just the next closest thing.
You need more performance? Well, there are more ways:
* Overclock your CPU
* Play a little bit with the Dolphin settings
* Use older Dolphin revisions, such as r6505, 6515 etc. (But they're less accurate)
* ICC optimized Dolphin builds
