Well this is weird. D11 with any AA on makes the game DIE starting right in the second screen. Stable 30fps up to the tutorial battle, I change to the next forest map, and I get like 10-15fps. 2 or 4x AA doesn't make it any better, only 0 helps. 4 ssaa seems ok in d9, but since it doesn't actually anti-alias the image because it's broken...that doesn't really help.
Even after the framerate has gone into the teens at that second screen, if I get into a battle, it goes back to 30, and back down afterward. I guess I'll try something older, maybe with working SSAA with d9, whatever revision that might be. Any other ideas? Kind of love anti-aliasing and the game -should- run fine and actually does, I'm not sure what's causing the problem.
These are the settings:
Though I have messed with some options without any success. Crappy framerate with any AA with d3d11 after the first screen, perfect with 0 AA, but AA works in battles too even after it crapped out.
Oh and so far tried 7671 and 3.0.
Anyone notice that this game is so bright? I've watched the gameplay and I think the game has a graphical bug.

These settings depend on your computer - taste it to configure itself.

I found good settings already, so i don't need help anymore. Thanks for the "answer" thought.

@ chip211, I played on 6506x64 by lectrode.
But I think r7483x64 is fine too

I'm having a hard time playing this game on 100% and I've tried various settings for hours, even changing revisions
Is it really impossible to perfectly sync the audio, video, and subtitles on long cut scenes? I'm using r7719 and I can only get "near perfect" synchronization when I tick off EFB copies RAM but the graphics get distorted when I do so. I really like this game and I find it really irritating when I watch SOME(not all, just the very long ones) cut scenes go out of sync. In game, everything is synced except some cut scenes. Battles run at full speed as well. In example, in the very first cut scene the movie is synced perfectly but on the second one, it's not synchronized and is very irritating. >__<
Another problem is my FPS. I get slowdowns on certain towns(from 30, dropping to 22~26). Is it normal? In cut scenes I get 27~30(around 28 most of the time), and I get a decent 30 or 50+ in all other places(100+ in the menu).
I believe I have my PC should be good enough to emulate this,
Intel core i7 930
6GB RAM DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 5850
I've played and finished TOS and TOS2 perfectly w/ 100% game speed and max FPS.
I hope somebody would post their settings. Thanks guys!
Hello, everyone, I have just a couple of questions. Can I change the on screen character in this game? And I forgot the other question...
I might have missed something, or maybe it's part of the game, but does anyone know how to speed up the battle decisions? It's kind of annoying to select "attack" like 2-3 times, then the character actually attacks. I know there is an "automatic" setting, but I mean a way to just select attack once, and then go?
