No, i only installed the 64 Bit v++ (this one http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=BA9257CA-337F-4B40-8C14-157CFDFFEE4E&displaylang=de). Shell i install the 32 Bit version too ? But it wouldnt make sense ...

Installing 64bit version would be fine, so I don't get why dolphin doesn't work for you, it doesn't' take much for it to work

i think you should install both 32 and 64bit.
see if it works then.

I cant install the x86 Version because v++ is already installed on my computer (see attachment). do you have more ideas ?

As far as i know,windows 7 no need to install VC++ .I only install Directx and Graphic card driver then dolphin run fine.You may reinstall windows again
