Ok first of all half of those options in those screen shots do not even exist in the 2.0 version if they do then where are they, you see the same screens and there are options that do not exist
And even after following what was there:
this is what happens:
Then it sits at this screen.
Again sorry but this game clearly doesn't even work if it did work then these replies wouldn't be being made.
Now I'm going to try with Resident Evil Zero at least I was getting into the game despite there being no sound and it only running at 3-5 fps
Whatever is going on is on your end, it is not the fault of the emulator. Thousands of people are able to run this game and others just fine. I even posted a few screen shots for you on the other page that shows how well the game works. Whatever your problem is I have no answer for it. Good luck.

Yes it is the fault of the emulator the only thing I did was follow what i could from what is in the screen shots but I cannot configure non-existant options
Explain this
As you can clearly see it's the same exact screens but yet you are showing options that are simply non-existant.
Which can only mean that configuration section is showing something that is not the Dolphin Emulator.
But I sure as hell did nothing wrong
It's an older version of Dolphin and the menu screens are slightly different. I posted them to show you so you could get the basic idea of what you need to have set for the emulator to work well, but you seem to have problems that go beyond the emulators settings (something that has to do with your PC is not allowing Dolphin to work). Now, I understand that you're frustrated and really want to get the games working, but that is all I have for you. If you can relax and take a deep breath, I'm sure someone will come along and help you eventually, but that will only happen if you do not act like an immature child who is throwing a tantrum.

If the problem was on my end then explain this screen shot.
Clearly the game loads....then it just hangs up, there is obviously something clearly wrong within the emulator.
The settings you outlined are in the graphics configuration for the DX9 and OpenGL plugins in older versions of Dolphin. Click on the plugins tab in the configuration and then click on the config button for the OpenGL or DX9 plugin, plugins are selectable from their corresponding drop down.
In the newer versions of Dolphin, resolution and interface options are located where you just outlined, just recently those options were moved again to a separate "Display" tab in the configuration.
As I've mentioned, disable hyper-threading on your Core i7 CPU when using Dolphin for best results. Make sure your drivers are updated and DirectX runtimes are updated to the latest bi-monthly release.
I'll try to get back to you in a while with a decent configuration to use.
Btw, nothing is wrong with the emulator as other members including myself can play Resident Evil: Remake and Resident Evil: Zero just fine. The problem is likely on your end, a system configuration issue, hardware or driver issue or the game image could be corrupted.
First of all uncheck "Use Panic Handlers", uncheck "Safe Texture Cache from the graphics configuration, uncheck "Render to Main window". Next uncheck "Force bi-linear/tri-linear filter", uncheck "Enable hi-res Texture Loading" and check "EFB Scaled Copy". Next select "Copy EFB to Texture" in the graphics configuration, Copy EFB to Ram is very slow and is only needed by a few games. Uncheck "Use Idle Skipping" for more accurate FPS/speed. Disable "Audio throttle" from the DSP configuration, and VSync from the graphics configuration and use the frame limiter instead in the general configuration. The latest revisions have an option to limit by FPS instead of VPS, limiting speed by FPS seems to be better than VPS in most cases.
I'll update the dx9 drivers from the link and see if that does anything, but if all ales fails I'm just going to give up on Resident Evil because for some reason it it doesn't even work
in my comp despite people saying it works...
I'm going to try Resident Evil Zero now I know I could get into the game with that before.
So I'm going to post back and see if that works.
Again I see this highly failing but I'll give it a shot before saying anything as fact.
I never said thanks for the attempted help so thanks!
For the record I'm not mad...
this is just silly.
I updated my last post, perhaps it might be helpful.
