Wind waker runs near enough fine (apart from some sound issues) but whenever I push right on the right analogue stick Link runs to the right, but also the camera swivels round to the right. pushing left just makes Link run left.

I'm running a 360 pad on

Phenom II 955 3.2Ghz
ATi 4870 512Mb
6GB 800Mhz
1680x1050
Vista Home Premium 64bit

Lmao, that is because you have "Left X+" mapped to C-Stick right.
Also, you probably want Trigger L/R on both L/R and L/R Analog. Using Thumb L/R is silly.
It will make more sense when playing if you put your "Trigger R" on both R and R-Analog
