Which rev/build would people agree is generally the fastest?
Normally, The latest one!! but if your not sure you could use an old but good build: 4771.

a build may not be the fastest for everyone so you have to check and see for yourself.
R4869 - 64-Bit is a always on my PC when all else fails. Frame skipping still works, the shader cache was just introduced and it is just fastest for me.
