Alright, my GPU is an ATI Radeon Mobility 9600, but I don't know where to go to update my drivers. (yes, I know this is an old gpu, but it ordinarilly works great with Dolphin) It's too bad OpenGL can't post a download for their OpenGL2.0 plugin.
Sorry for the double post, but I felt this is important. I finally did it!!! I got opengl to work! Only the screen is black with 3089, but 2536 works great! I can play Metroid Prime 2 Echoes on 2536 at 1/3rd the normal speed, but only with the opengl plugin. I must say I am impressed, but my guess that the graphics plugins are messed up right now is that you guys are probably still recompiling them constantly, and they are still under construction. I don't mean to sound like an ass, but for us simpler users out there, maybe it'd be best to let us know if the new versions can let us see improvements in graphics so we don't have to pester you guys. Overall, I'll stick with the 2536 version, kick ass!
For the record, they usually do. Each bi-weekly build that gets posted has a descriptive list of the changes, both good and bad.

Also, do note that there haven't been any "official" releases since the 1.03 Beta. All of these releases are in development, and as far as I can tell they don't plan to make an official release for some time. They have a lot of features they want implemented.

That said, concerning your "black screen" issues, I've noticed that ATI cards in particular seem to have issues when using EFB for reasons I can't explain. Perhaps try toggling that on and off, see if you can't get some output?

Thanks, nosound97 for the help. I've got another problem now...It seems that my graphics card is too old to be used in conjunction with this new build. Is there any way that someone could direct me to an older version that has a graphics plug in that would be compatable with 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics controller?

Azulo

*sigh* Mega Man 9 is still broken.... (waits patiently, wishful thinking)

well that's because OpenGL is not a plugin (it's a hardware rendering feature Tongue)

get the old Dx9 plugin Tongue (found here)
Why can't I use the controllers? for the past 2 builds, my system has not detected the plugins for either type of controller. it's a new system, so did i forget to do something?
Maybe, you didn't install drivers for your controllers?
