No. This game is a GC one. What's more, dumping games is'nt allowed : it's a forgery offense, since "private copy" is DEFINITELY NOT a right but an exception.
Yeah you're not allowed dump, rip or copy anything without the author's explicit permission; otherwise, you're simply breaking the law.
If Dolphin was able to directly read Wii/GC discs, then emulation would be perfectly legal.
I know that the law is weird concerning almost everything referring to informatics and Internet, but well, the law is the law.

I have a core i5. I also notice affinity influences Dolphin's speed. 0x3 causes dolpin to be able to only use the first two cores, thus leaving the other two idle. This makes my cpu bump the multiplier from 20x to 23x (i think).

Here's what I do. I use Windows 7 64-bit and my own SSE4.2 intel compiled versions. Without this dolphin uses core 1 100% (before 5954), core 2 ~80% and core 3 or core 4 maybe 20%.

Make a batch file called "dolpin.bat" or whatever. 5965 is the directory where dolphin.exe lives on the g: drive.

g:
cd 5965
start /affinity 0x3 dolphin.exe

Sucks Windows 7 won't let me pin a batch file to the taskbar

The turbo boost only works perfectly:
1) updating bios
2) configures

Example of how it should work the turboboost:

1 full core of 2666@ 3200
2 full core of 2666@ 3000
+2 Full core of 2666@ 2800

and I'm in disagreement with those who say that these 200mhz not noticed, because I do notice a small increase in fps
