Please post your pc spec and frame rate in this topic.

In my pc, Dolphin run very well in Vista sp1, FSB 1600, E5200 CPU, 4G Ram 800Mhz Dual Channel, 8800GTX !!

Result: 30-35s fps in game menu and 12-27 fps in game with idle frame skip.

FPS depend on game. Though I never posted about my system :p

Vista Ultimate x86 SP1, ASUS P5K SE/EPU (MOBO), E7200 2,53Ghz (CPU), 4GB RAM 800Mhz DDR2, 9800GT 512MB DDR3

Dolphin runs pretty well for most games surprisingly on my notebook i get 30 34 fps in game menu and 23 29 fps in game.
OS: Ubuntu 9.04 Alpha6 32bit.
Compaq Presario cq50-103nr
AMD Athlon x2 1.9Ghz (QL-60)
1GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 8200M G 512MB Integrated.
