Yes, the first one with the patch I previously posted. I want the patch applied to the texcache rewrite build as well, except without the TextureConverter.cpp changes which isn't compatible with the texcache rewrite builds, those files should show up as red anyways when you go to apply the patch.
yes but as I have amd maybe.
increases something went wrong here as I did this escritoporem failed.
sim mas como tenho amd talvez.
aumenta algo deu erro aqui fiz como esta escritoporem não deu certo.
Glad to see you're still doing this, Lectrode :p

Either way I can't compile SSE4A right now.

Don't worry, I've put way to much work into this to just suddenly quit

e possivel compilar com sse 4.1a (de processadores amd)?
I cannot currently compile with SSE4A
The speed increase (if any) over SSE3 would be negligible
anyway (not noticeable). It only has 4 unique instructions
in it as compared to the 54 in Intel's SSE4.1/SSE4.2
counterpart.

Ah. It would be something simple like that. Thx.
Xtreme2damax, did you want that first one rebuilt then?
Ok if SSE4a wouldn't give any speed over SSE3, But let me ask you this.
Have you ever compiled it to find out how it would work?
Have you ever tested one to see what kind of speed it could do?
What is the worst that could happen?
Try to make one or get someone else to make one and let them test it.
What would it hurt? You said it would be a waist of time, people that compile these can take a few mins out of their time to make one copy of it and let alot of us that has amd cpu's test it to see and get back with you on how it handles.
At least if it's not any good then people will stop bugging everyone about it.
All I am saying is you never know until you try, if it runs about the same or even give someone 3fps faster then see3, that means we would get 6 to 10 fps over the regular build and I would stop needing to use SSE3.
When I use see3 that I get from you I see a little difference from the regular build, like no big slow down.
Please someone help us amd users out and if it don't work then at least you won't ever hear anyone ask about it.

lol sry had too.
I would also like to point out that the very first thing I say in my last post is:
(05-05-2011, 06:30 AM)Lectrode Wrote: [ -> ]I cannot currently compile with SSE4A
I have said this before a number of times. I'm tempted to put it in extremely
large text with an annoying color and font on the first page of this thread so
that everyone knows that I do not have a compiler that supports the automatic
generation of SSE4A.
ICC XE only has automatic generation of SSE 2,3,S3,4.1,4.2, and AVX. There
is no support for SSE4A without having to hand code it, and I have no idea
even where to begin with hand-coding. Please ask a someone else.

(And yes, that is what it would look like

somebody supported me.
I agree with you that could be made a SSE4.1 Versions for the users so that you can test amd.
I noticed no gain with Versions for regular games that will see the game are not optimized to run faster but in the emulator
alguem me apoiou.
concordo com voce que poderia ser feita uma verção sse4.1A para que os usuarios amd podesemos testar.
não notei ganho com a verção regular vai ver os jogos que jogo não são otimizados para funcionarem mas rapido no emulador

I have no idea what you're trying to say.

No gain in what?
SSE4.1 and SSE4A are two different things. I can compile SSE4.1 but CANNOT
compile SSE4A. Please ask someone else for a build with SSE4A.
while I wrote the other post I saw her
I saw that you do not like tm SSE4.1 because it has access to the original source code.
the knack and wait to see if the guys who have the code does Versions for SSE4.1
enquanto eu escrevia eu vi o outro post seu
vi que não tm como voce fazer sse4.1a pois não tem acesso ao codigo fonte original.
o geito e esperar pra ver se os caras que tem o codigo faz a verção sse4.1a
Beta Builds Open!
As most of you know, I look for better optimizations and better
ways of compiling whenever I can. I need testers to
go here and
see what build (Test Subject 1 or Test Subject 2) is better, worse,
or the same.
More info and how to test can be found at
http://electrodexs.net/dolphin/beta
When you test, please also include the following:
-OS
-Win32/x64
-CPU & Ghz
-GPU
Thanks!
