Thanks in advanced.

Thanks in advance.
I've been working at this almost straight since Tuesday. No matter what I do, it won't link properly. All projects compile successfully (XX Succeeded, 0 Failed, X skipped).
I get 75 of these warning #556 where a type of "void" cannot be assigned to a bunch of code.
All of these occur in the CLRun project. The specific files that this happens to are gencl.c and genclgl.c
Steps I take to compile are exactly what I have in the tutorial. I've been doing this on mostly VurtualBox Guest OS (Win 7 Ult x64) and a few times fresh installation of Win 7 Ult x64.
I'm about out of ideas as to how to make this work. Any input would be much appreciated.
NOTE: VS2010 compiles fine, I only have this issue with ICC XE

ignore if it is #556 warning. that means icc can handle the conversion by itself. otherwise icc will directly show errors. check what is the project name that skipped for compilation?
wierd, i just tried... everything was okay. did you try to download new folder from the source? i suspect some parts of your dolphin source codes have been patched without realising....

I assumed there would be projects that were skipped, but it compiled all of them (0 skipped).
I checkout to a new folder every time I compile a new revision, so there's no extra patches that I don't know about.
Right now the only patch I'm using is the one you uploaded that fixes DX11 in ICC. I'm also using the command
line code you provided.
Here's
the link (
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=0CIDTO0F ) to the resulting build as well as the build log and the "CLRun.lib" file that you mentioned.
The build log does not have numbers as it builds only 1 project at a time.
I wouldn't normally be concerned about warnings, but the build log indicates no errors whatsoever, and the
resulting program doesn't run. My earlier builds run fine, as well as one from vlakipn.
I tried to run yours and got a "The program can't start because libiomp5md.dll is missing from your computer.
Try re-installing the program to fix the problem." The last time I saw that error it was because I was messing with
different libraries trying to fix a problem that had nothing to do with libraries lol. It ran fine on the computer it was
compiled on, but not on a fresh install with the required redist packages.
It was a library settings change, but it was with VS2008, and I can't remember what it was. It's different for VS2010.
It was a setting specific to ICC under Tools->Options. That's all I remember.
I have both the latest DirectX and MS VS2010 C++ redistributables installed.
Dunno why, i can compile all (regular and optimised), and run it after w/o problem, except sse4.2, i get an appcrash when i try. Wierd thing is that when i run some of earlier Lectrode's sse4.2 builds (vs2008 compiled), they work. Is that normal?
@lectrode
Try with
this.
If it doesent help, reinstall your windows, and do same as in your tutorial, it works!!! :p
However, i think that lanny will figure it out, before you do any of this

SSE4.2 should not be crashing, unless someone added hard-coded sse4.2 instructions that
interfere with it. If that's not it I have no idea. The ones I've compiled that are uploaded to
my site have been tested and should work.

I've reinstalled my OS numerous times now, too many to count. I'm using the default settings
other than what I say in the tutorial and how many projects are compiled at once (I set the max
to 1 instead of 2). The result is the same no matter what the number is.
I have never gotten ICC XE to compile correctly for me. ICC v11.6.048 worked fine, but it only
supports up to VS2008.

I'm going to try yet another fresh install. This time, however, I'm only going to install what it says on
the tutorial: no extra programs. Maybe one of the programs I use is interfering with ICC XE.
I will let you know the results as soon as its done.
Thank you both for your help so far

oh yea, the link you pasted, the win32 binary seems corrupted. your dependencies seemed missing or corrupted so you always have a corrupted output.
