That would be interesting to see. I might compile an older revision just to test that.

All SSE4.2 builds or just a specific revision? Do you have this problem with any of the other SSE builds?

The x86 (32Bit) Dolphin builds should run fine. Try re-installing OpenAL.

ICC XE (Intel C++ Composer XE).
Do you think the student versions will be compatible if they are the 2011 version? (they should be)

For $200 you can get the suite and the parallel studio.
I'm seriously considering purchasing these really soon. Then I can update you guys on the process. I might have to contact Intel directly to order them.

I have no idea if that will work or not. If you try it let us know! Smile
It should be the the same but with the a no commercial use license. They make you jump threw a lot of hoops to make sure you're a student though.
why have you stop compiling all the SSE3/SSSE3/SSE4.1/SSE4/2 versions? the last update was only at R6970?

Unfortunately, ICC XE (the compiler I use) isn't compiling the latest revisions correctly. For some reason, certain components that are compiled are inaccessible to Dolphin.exe and cause it not to run.

I'm trying to get it resolved as fast as I can.
I got the trial version of Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate & Intel Composer XE 2011
I am going to help find you out what problems cause the compiling to not function properly and report back. I may as well help with uploading optimized builds with sse intrinsics.

For now helping to find a solution for this would be great. I've been trying with different configurations on multiple Guest OS's with Virtualbox. I still have not found the source of the problem. All I know is that there is something wrong with how ICC XE tries to link cg.dll and cgGL.dll to the main application. It compiles successfully (XX succeeded, 0 Failed, X skipped), but the two DLL files aren't linked properly (not accessible to Dolphin.exe).

Hey, I followed your guide to setup Visual Studio and Intel Composer XE, but when I go to VS and I see this:

It's like the ICC isn't installed at all!
