I don't know if it will work for you, but my build (R7105, SSE4.2 , 32-bits) worked in VS2010 by uninstalling ICC XE, installing it again. Then kept the option "Use Precompiled-headers" for wxCore28.
What version of ICC is compatible with VS2010? I noticed that they changed the names of the compilers slightly so I'm not sure which to download from the Intel site.

Ok, reinstalled and r6970 compiles successfully (have yet to try latest).
However, when r6970 is compiled with ICC XE, the DirectX plugins don't show up under the plugins tab. (They're compiled but not accessible). I'll try again with the latest as soon as I can.

ICC XE (Intel C++ Composer XE).
it seems that I can build dolphin with the macros and the sse4.2 flags in vs2010 and intel c++ composer xe, but my app doesn't run =(
Yay! I got the build to work.
hmm, it appears there's no performance benefit

hi i have tried the 6970 sse3 build and got only 30 fps, where as i get 45 fps on 7111, 7121, 2.0 and others
do you think you can do that thing with sse3 to build 7111 since that is the best build i have found do far?
i have an amd phenon x4 3.4ghx and am trying to get fullspeed on super mario galaxy 1, i have a gtx 460 gpu
I could, but I think I should start my own thread. Maybe tomorrow.
Listed next to your builds is a "build level". What exactly does this mean?
Since the plug-ins have been merged into dolphin can they still be sse optimized

I would also like to know what this means, I noticed that it went up from 8 to 9 when you fixed the sound stuttering.

You should try it with ICC as it has been said to have the best optimizations, for Intel and AMD.

As I compile defferent revisions, I occasionally find better optimization settings, labeling techniques, etc. When I do, I start implementing it in all builds from that time on. I use a "Build Level" to keep track of these changes.
I will try to have the latest revision up as soon as I can, may take longer since r7129 drops VS2008 support, and ICC 11.1.065 can't integrate with VS2010. So far, I have not been able to get ICC XE to compile correctly (All success, but doesn't run). Then again, I was having the same issue with ICC 11.1.065.
