How come I can run SSSE3, SSE4.1 and SSE4.2 on my AMD CPU? Shouldn't it crash or not start at all?

If your CPU supports any of those, it won't crash when it runs it. If it doesn't support one (or multiple) it will only crash when the program calls a function specific to that instruction set.
Ok. Thanks for the reply.
Could you do your OpenGL builds with at least r6713

Because there is an OpenGL fix applied which drops the number of OpenGL calls for heavy used vertex shaders.
That was found while investigating your dx9 sse3 against the OGL plugin and why the intel compiler produces faster code

OpenGL BETA TESTING (sub1-sub6)
All the same consequence ~ unplayable

Dude, the download section of your site is not working

Thanks for testing!
That's to bad, and that also verifies a suspicion that I've had for a while but could not verify.

I found 3 links that did not go to the right page. The main download links should have still been (and should still be) readily accessible...
I need to re-organize the information portion anyway (header links, info vs advanced info, create a FAQ, etc.) right now it's confusing to even me, and I designed it lol.
Thanks for letting me know

Did you have problems in the manual download section or the download wizard?
Make sure javascript is enabled. If you have NoScript installed, make sure it's disabled for my site.
Yesterday, the download page didn't work. I think I received a internal error from the server with some number, but now it works.
Right now i'm having technical difficulties with uploading the latest changes to my site. I'm working on fixing it.
UPDATE: got my site back online again. If you notice any glitches in it, please let me know. Thanks

No everything is working fine with your side. I have tested the build but cannot see the effects which had disraelie.
Everything works as expected

But I haven't tested SMG like him. Using the SSE3 build.
By the way... shouldn't it be sufficient enough to build one version including SS(S)E3, 4, 4.1 and 4.2? At least from the source the higher extensions (>SSE2) are always checked if the cpu is capable of. Therefore it should fall back to the slower version if not available and you are good to go
