By "older revisions" I mean all revisions before the current one.
I can probably also do requests for certain revisions.
Some of the older revisions (ie 2484 and earlier for sure) needed some external libraries or something to compile, and I'll have to figure out how to do that. If there is anyone who has been with dolphin long enough to remember how to build those and is willing to share that knowledge, that'd be great.
i used your build and i say...god bliss you maaaaan
you are awsome i tested games and it's 100% speed with no 1% slowness but the wii stop respond after a while is it normal??

Glad you're enjoying it

. About the unresponsiveness, I have no idea. What revision and type did you download? If someone can verify that a certain build does this and the others from the same revision don't, I might rebuild it.
You also have to take into account that the latest changes might not be the best changes. Not all differences are good and some may cause certain behaviors in certain revisions.
As requested, R4710 has been built and uploaded (All 8 formats: x32; SSE3x32; SSE4.1x32; SSE4.2x32; x64; SSE3x64; SSE4.1x64; and SSE4.2x64.
It, as well as many others, can be downloaded at

Enjoy!
I'll try the 64bit with full instruction set and give some feedback. Quite curious if the instructions sets will help with performance.
Oh yeah, you really did it.
It was my request so i would like to say: thank you * 1k
i have to leave my pc now, but i will give you a feedback as soon as possible.
Did i already say that you are great

When I tried the regular compile and the SSE4.1 right after with super smash bros melee, there was a gain of about 10-15 FPS on my Intel Core 2 Duo. I forget which rvsn, although I think it was R5568. It was one of the ones available on my website (
http://electrodexs.net/dolphin-emu )
I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I found out how much faster the revision was just with different settings for the build.

This is my feedback to r4710 x32 regular and sse3, tested with wii sports resort.
There is something strange, i am sorry.
The version that i used until now shows SVN R 4710 in the title bar. Your version gives me a SVN R 4710M.
The result: running the opengl-plugin is very, very slow (like software-render) and the d3d-plugin is running with normal-fps but broken graphic (it ever did).
This is my report, not a request to do the whole work again...

All of the ones built with the intel C++ compiler have an "M" following the revision number. Most 32bit and 64bit "regular" builds will not have this. Some will, just because they failed to compile with VS2008Pro the first time. All builds with the instruction sets (ie SSE3, SSE4.1, and SSE4.2) will have the "M" in the title.
I cannot test the opengl because my graphics (Mobile Intel 4 Series Chipset Family) does not support the version required. Does the build go slower, just as slow, or faster than the build you were previously using?
"d3d-plugin is running with normal-fps but broken graphic (it ever did)" Does this mean that the graphics was always broken and no different in this version?
The instruction sets affect different games in different ways (check out this post:
http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-6629-post-63415.html#pid63415 ). I know that Super Smash Bros Melee runs faster when comparing D3D non-SSE to D3D with SSE4.1 instruction set by ~10-15fps (at least on my computer).
I tested the R4710 Builds on my computer (well, the 32bit reg, SSE3 and SSE4.1 ones anyway) and they all run normal. If I rebuilt them, they would not run any different... Unless I tried different settings for the builds... Guess I'll just have to experiment more.
EDIT: Last thing, if by "broken graphic" you mean that the image is distorted and pixelated (blocky), try turning on "Force bi/trilinear (breaks video in several Wii games)." I know it has that warning, but it works for Luigi's Mansion, which btw runs at about 40-60% of the full speed on my 2.10Ghz Core 2 Duo Using R6124x32 SSE3 (not uploaded yet).
EDIT: "R6124" was not in existence when I first wrote this post. I probably posted this somewhere between 3am and 4am and typed the wrong number. I have no idea what revision I tested Luigi's mansion with.
I know you are working on a large project so you dont have to waste your time to my little problem. Anyway, here is my answer:
The version we called 4710 are not exactly the same. The one i ever had used has got a function "watchdog" for example (beside framelimit in general-config), yours have not.
The direct3d9-plugin was always broken for me,no different. Three quaters of the screen are transparent-light-blue-green, but its a known problem for older revisions.
But when i make a little speed-test with it, the sse3 is 10% faster then the regular one.
The opengl-plugin that i have to use was playable but not as fast as it should be. Now with your upload it gave me 2 fps, thats the problem.
O.K. thats it. Feel free to continue the great project......
