Ok, I tried building both the OpenCL and the Non-OpenCL at the same time. However, I did figure out a way to make it take less time than what it would normally take to compile 20 builds. (I still cannot believe I'm compiling that much. When I first started, I planning on compiling 2, not 20 lol).
Something really weird happened during the compilation tho. At first neither the regular nor the OpenCL were successfully compiling the Plugin_VideoSoftware. Then the regular on encountered an error (popup msg said that it could not open RS*****.bs file under Temp files) and when I rebuilt it, it successfully compiled that one and all the ones after that. Really weird. Still couldn't compile it with OpenCL checked tho (except in non-SSE build).
Fun stuff.
Still workin on getting Plugin_VideoSoftware to compile with OpenCL SSE builds. (I've included the one successfully built in the non-SSE OpenCL version with the ones that it did not compile for). Hurray for mismatch

lectrode, can you upload your build somewhere else besides sharingmatrix, i'm having trouble with it, mediafire before is fine.. thanks!
I somehow got the plugins to work by itself after exiting and entering the emu repeatedly.. Anyways, your sse4.2 build with OpenCL works great.
Though black screen bug can occur

The black texture has already fixed.
Make sure you have not copy the whole User/ folder into the new build.
It will replace the OpenCL file with the old one.
(Someone cause this problems by doing this)
If you only want to copy the config.
Please just copy the User/Config/.
If it is not your problem then may be your display card driver need to be update.
Also, I think your plugins show up problems is still cause by directx runtime.
May be you had installed some unofficial directx runtime before.
You can try to copy your dlls from your system32 into your dolphin folder.
Something like d3d9.dll d3d9_43.dll d3d11.dll d3d11_43.dll...
Or you can use some debug tools(VS2008) to see which dll causing the problems.
Nah, it actually had something to do with overwriting opencl files. Thanks for that.
Though the acceleration doesn't seem to have much effect on games
You're hosting the builds on Sharingmatrix.com? Are you FUCKING INSANE?
Do you know what they do? They impose a "ten minute" wait on free downloads, and when the ten minutes has passed, it adds another 10 minutes on the clock, then 9 minutes 59 seconds, 9 minutes 58 seconds, and so on...
NEVER USE SHARINGMATRIX. There are NO free downloads.
Yeah same thing happening with me, wasn't doing it a couple of days ago though.
question is why u stopped using megaupload? nice builds btw they are awesome!
and i think opencl doesnt give a speed up (maybe a little), what it gives is smoothness (at least for me)
Yeah, megaupload was fine.

Megaupload was great. The only problem was the fact that I DON"T GET ANYTHING FROM IT.
Ok, so sharingmatrix is a no go... which stinks because they are the only ones I've found that DONT pay you based upon how many ppl get premium accounts. Back to easy-share. Like I said, if you have suggestions for PAID file hosting I'm all ears.
Still working on this Plugin_VideoSoftware issue, except now the wxcore28 isn't building (from a fresh checkout and no changes to the options or libraries or anything) I'm probably going to try to uninstall and reinstall... or maybe try to just uninstall the OpenCL stuff, cause the problems started with that...idk
