(07-20-2012, 04:18 PM)Apache Thunder Wrote: [ -> ]Looks like a great build. Mario Kart Wii seems to run on this one near 100% speed. Slight stuttering when I play a map for the first time, but it seems to clear up before the intro is done. After that it runs super smooth. Before this, Mario Kart never ran well at all, but now it does. Perhaps because it's been awhile since I downloaded Dolphin and used it.

Seems that Dolphin is getting along with it pretty well. I'm curious to know how well the new zelda game will work. Perhaps I get an emulated motion plus working just to test how the game plays? Might be a good idea before I drop money on the real controllers I need.

I've also noticed the Wii Menu I installed ages ago is now working. An older version of Dolphin I had (probably a 2.0 build) tries to boot the menu but just freezes. Seems to work now though. Big Grin
Sweet. Glad it works for you Smile
There have been many improvements (too numerous to even
bother counting) in both speed and accuracy since Dolphin 2.0.

(07-20-2012, 04:18 PM)Apache Thunder Wrote: [ -> ]Does your build play Zelda Skyward Sword well? I'm planning on buying the numchuck+wii mote motion plus with wireless sensor bar. Thus I can play the game with the real controllers. Sure there's the "emulated motion plus' floating around somewhere, But since I already have an adaptor to use a real gamecube controller with Dolphin, it would be pointless to try and play Skyward with a keyboard and mouse. Might as well get a matching pair started. Tongue
Only thing I'm worried about are potential glitches.
Unfortunately, I do not have that game to test how well it works. However,
there is this: http://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=The_Legend_of_Zelda:_Skyward_Sword
From a quick glance it looks like it's been working well for a while now
Good luck and happy gaming Smile

Sorry for the lack of an update. About a week ago I woke up to find ants
all over my desk, computer, equipment, everything in that general area
(right by the window where they came in). I've been working on getting
rid of them and keeping them out, which is somewhat difficult since the
window can't be completely closed (there's about half a centimeter open
going up the side no matter what). I've been using paper-towels soaked
in rubbing alcohol to repel them, which works for a few hours, but I work
8 hours so when I come back the ants are back. I finally got some
insulation late last night but haven't had a chance to try to put it in the
opening. I've left my computer off while dealing with the ants as I don't
want a bunch of ant guts all over my new computer. Funny enough just
before the ants I had compiled 3.0-721 but hadn't uploaded it. If the
insulation works I should have both that and the latest up later today.

What's weird is the thing that supposedly attracted them was a single
sucker I had on my desk. It was still wrapped, but the ants got through the
wrapping. That sucker had been there for over a month without any issues
until now.

Another thing, I don't know why they keep coming back, there's no more
food for them to find. You'd think they'd just stay away after not finding
anything, unless there's something else in like a vent somewhere or
something.

Yay ants
Yay crappy college dorm windows Dodgy
I've got the ant problem under control for now. the insulation
seems to have done the trick. Also,

r3.0-721-g0e1348c
r3.0-733-g174c1b0
r3.0-735-gd33e483
are up and ready for Download!

Sorry for the long delay. Enjoy Smile

On a side note, now that I have a computer that supports OpenGL
to the point where I can test how well dolphin goes with it, I was
able to test some new stuff and it looks promising. needs more
testing though before I make it part of my builds. I will try to have
test builds up within the next few days.

Awesome thank you! Gonna cheggit out! Smile I can relate to the ants issue bro Sad Do you by any chance live in SoCal? They're a big problem here.

thx! i love you man Smile
is there a better revision for Arc Rise Fantasia than 7617?

tried 8 different revisions, but even the newer ones are slower than 7617 Sad
Hmm, now where did that ICC patcher go :3, I think I have it on a flashdrive somewhere XD

I do not have that game to test it. there is, however, a sage
with extensive knowledge of how well numerous games run
on Dolphin in different revisions. I believe its name is "Wiki" Tongue
