Why have the latest builds increased in size by like 50%?
I mean, a standard revision around the 500 number was 8.5 MB, and that's not from that long ago. The current ones clock in with about 12.5 MB all of a sudden. And the ones with ICC are, what, 16 MB by now?

As I said, I've tried those options, I reinstalled both Visual and DirectX.

As I said, I've tried those options, I reinstalled Visual
But did you install the correct one in the question? (you didn't other wise you wouldn't be seeing an error)

Just google "libiomp5md.dll", download it and move it to the Dolphin folder.

i did that it, it works with the dll's moved in there..
i was reading the forums, and i read about not downloading random dll's off the internet

No. Either bundle the dll with your builds or point people at some runtime they can download and install, don't make them randomly download DLL files from anywhere.
