A good number of my builds are back up. The rest will
trickle in as I upload them.
Right now you have to use
http://electrodexs.net/dolphin/manual
to download them. I'm filling the main database file with the correct
links before I fill the rest of them. That includes the database files for
the download wizard.
Since I'm doing this, I'm going to try to eliminate all but 2 database files,
that way if this ever happens again, I only have to update the 2 instead
of the ~25 or so.

Of the 3 file hosting services I paid for either lifetime or the longest
membership they offered, all 3 have been taken down >.<

Those 3 file-hosts cost me quite a bit, and now I can't even use them.

Build re-upload progress update:
Currently working on getting the vast majority of the remaining builds
re-packaged and re-uploaded. 2nd to last batch of builds, this batch
having about 630 builds in it. The last batch will have about 25 or so.
The rest of them should be uploaded by tomorrow. I'll try to have the
rest of the links updated by Thursday.

Upload is taking longer than expected. Still working on it.

May I suggest using mirrorcreator.com or multiupload.com ?
This way, if one of the hosts goes down, there are still mirrors of that file.
And you upload each file just once, those sites take care of distributing it to multiple hosts.
looks like the ICC 64bit builds are actually up, just the links on
http://electrodexs.net/dolphin/manual/default.htm are a bit wrong.
For example the link for 3.0-370-g31ff190 ICC 64bit build looks like this:

Thanks for the suggestion, but a good deal of the sites that those
upload to are no longer allowing filesharing. I very seriously
considered using multiupload.com, but then decided against it.
