I also looked at the option you mentioned, and I'm going to stick with
default for now. I haven't had time to test how much of a speed difference
that would make and I prefer to keep my builds as compatible as possible

Why 3.0-305 speed is lower than R7612? I love so much R7612, When play MGS i get full speed even i use efb copied to ram, with efb copied to ram the graphic is more accurate than texture. The only thing is some cut scene animation run too fast (up to 45-50fps), this make audio out of sync.
I mean animation not match the sound, sorry my bad english.
